Bud
I've recently started watching Teachers on NBC. It's really funny. One of the teachers, Calvin, looked really familiar, but I couldn't place where I recognized him from. Then all of a sudden it dawned on me. Oh My Gosh, he is Kenny aka Bud from the Cosby show. Kenny is on TV again! So, here he is, I only wish I could find a pic of him as a kid.

I was doing the "where have I seen him before" thing too!! I thought he was on that show Sister Sister, as the annoying boyfriend. Maybe not though.
