Snowstorms

Tonight I went to my brother's college to help him with some research for his senior paper. It was supposed to snow 5-8 inches tonight, but I didn't think it would start until later. Boy, was I wrong. As I was leaving the library, there were huge sticky flakes of snow falling down. Needless to say I was in for a rough drive home which leads me to:

You know you are in an awful snowstorm when:

You see a car in the ditch on it's side like this

Then you see a semi-truck overturned on the side of the road, which personally is the scariest for me. Seriously, those guys drive for a living and they get into an accident? How am I going to make it home?

Then a car passes you and as it does, sends so much snow on your windshield that you think it's going to break and you jump.

Finally, almost crash on several occassions.

Ahhhh, the joys of living in Minnesota in March.
