Anyway, I was cleaning off my desktop and I saw a couple pictures. I work for an adoption agency. One thing we like to do at our agency is give our birth parents a small gift at the hospital. Personally, when i saw some of the donated gifts, I was disappointed. Seriously, the stuff that was donated was crap.
Because I believe that birth parents need to be esteemed for their sacrifice, I really wanted to up the quality level of our gifts. So, we had a party where women made memory boxes. The memory boxes are used to store pictures and momentos of one's child. It's a nice place to keep things that doesn't scream "baby".
So, here are a couple pictures of one of the boxes.
