I have never tried weight watchers. I really thought I didn't need to. I honestly always thought I ate okay. Not super fabulous or crazy healthy, but good enough. Maybe not losing more weight should have clued me in that I was totally wrong.
So, yesterday, for kicks I decided to calculate how many points in an average day I ate. My food choices were: Special K Bar, Apple, Lean Cuisine, bottled frappucino, coffee, grilled cheese sandwich, an actual serving of chex mix and a medium bowl of super low fat ice cream. (Typing that out made me feel like a pig)

Anyway, I calculated the points for my food. I was two point over the target goal for someone to lose weight. MAN! I really didn't think I was that bad!
So, today I am being much better. Now, if I can only skip treats at small group!
