I don't really have much to say except what a horrible thing this is. I was glad to hear that some of the horrific stories that were being reported out of the New Orleans Convention Center might not be true. Thank the Lord. Anyway, our church is planning on doing quite a bit with helping the victims of the hurricane, including a trip to somewhere in the south. I found out that my office allows extra vacation time for trips like this. I really hope I can go.

Lastly, Hailey has developed a habit of bringing a shoe upstairs every morning after breakfast. I have pictures that will be posted later. Oh and I hurt my back and allI got was lousy indomethacin. I was secretly hoping for codeine or vicadin, but that would've have probably prevented me from driving. So it's probably for the best that I'm on what I'm on.
